METHOD · UX HEURISTIC AUDIT
A Nielsen heuristic audit of an OSINT threat platform that stopped being an audit and became the product — twelve operator tabs pulled into one terminal, a defense brand pulled back from spectacle to certainty.

The six operator surfaces averaged 47/100 in the heuristic audit: cognitive overload, dead-end charts, twelve-tab navigation. The rebuild targets the high 80s; 86 is the projected post-redesign average.
